Simply insert the stretcher into your shoes and twist the handle until its expands to your designed width or length. Then leave it overnight or longer (approx.. 24hrs) until it stretcher to perfect fit. (EASY TO USE):

This shoe stretcher enables you to stretch both the length and width of a shoe. It is suitable for left or right shoe. (ADJUSTABLE SHOE STRETCHER: INSTRUCTION): At first, insert the removable pressure relief plugs in the appropriate holes where relief is needed. Then insert stretcher in shoe.

FOR STRETCHING LENGTH: Turn the round plastic handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe. DO NOT OVERSTRETCH!

FOR STRETCHING WIDTH: Turn the metal crank handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe. DO NOT OVERSTRETCH!

FOR BEST RESULTS: Leave shoe stretcher in place for at least 24 hours.

TO REMOVE STRETCHER FROM SHOE: Turn handles in counterclockwise direction.
